  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact    
     
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible    
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via customer support    
     
  • Items failing to meet these requirements may be rejected  

How to Request a Return

Provide Evidence  

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include clear photographs to ensure faster processing  

Follow Instructions  

  • Upon approval, detailed steps will be shared to complete the return process  

Note: Returns not complying with these conditions may be declined at our discretion.  

Refund Process and Timeline  

  • Returned items are inspected to confirm eligibility
